I've been a big fan of The Rosebuds for a long time now, Life Like is one of my favourite records of all time, if only for being the most unique sound I've heard in the ever-overcrowded genre of indie. I've been meaning to post Second Bird Of Paradise for a while. So here you go. If it's not the most beautiful tune you've heard all year I want to know what is. Foster The People - Pumped Up Kicks

Well. With all the dubstep and dnb madness flying around right now let's take a step back and have a think about where we're going shall we. We can't smash it every night. So. Not that you haven't heard this, but Pumped Up Kicks is suchhhhh a good tune. Perfect for those sunny English summer days. And because it has 'kicks' in the title it reminds me of Teenage Kicks by The Undertones. And Teenage Kicks reminds me of John Peel. Which is always a good thing.
