I was definitely in the minority when I got quite excited about seeing Foals at Glastonbury a couple of years back. I reckon there's definitely a lot of hype to come from the NME type crowd for new album Total Life Forever. Could be wrong. Never happened before, but there's a first for everything. Probably not for this though.

Total Life Forever is one of my favourite albums this year. I think it has great opportunity in the Mercury prize, and the track Miami is an amazing song. They have definitely matured and developed since their first album Antidotes. It still has the rhythm of earlier tracks with new catchy melody that the first record lacked. A great album.
