Just pure 2009 style quality, a vintage year that competes strongly with 2008.

New Music | The ThermalsIf my band were to defect from Sub Pop (not that I have a band, and not that Sub Pop would have me if I did have a band), I'd go to Kill Rock Stars just like these guys have. Or maybe Hut, like the Pumpkins did back in the day, but then that's not really the same these days. Apparently we have to wait til April to hear the rest of the album. Yeah, April. Now We Can See on repeat it is then - that's an easy 6 week playlist.
