New Music | Yeah Yeah Yeahs

When D'Arcy recently phoned in on the q101 request line in the states, how detached from the world she seems to be caught me a little off guard. As a massive fan of the pumpkins, Corgan's obviously always been on another planet, and Jimmy Chamberlain basically on drugs. Fair play. So when this puppy dropped into the NMB playlist I was a little bit excited to learn exactly what little James had to offer unto the world at this point in time.

Can't say I was surprised to hear this for its awesomeness, content a bit surprising considering the super sweet tunes of Let It Come Down all those years ago, and James Iha remains a lifelong hero.
