The performance of Andy Bean on banjo and The Councilman on bass on their album "Heavy Petting" is good. They are one of my favorite snappy band. They are master kazooists who write songs laced with idiosyncratic innuendos.

Apparently they appeared in that fantastic, amazing, awe inspiring film '27 dresses' (i was dragged along to experience it by an ex). Can't say I spotted them, but good work nonetheless! In a way.
